Get FixFault is an independent informational publication. It is not a manufacturer, authorized service center, emergency service, repair contractor or certification body. Manufacturer and product names are used for identification. Unless expressly stated, no sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation is implied.

Consumer dispute resolution

Get FixFault is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless a mandatory legal duty applies in a specific case. The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is therefore not linked here.
