Gorenje identifies E10 as a water-level-sensor error. The published first check is a safe isolation, drain, and accessible filter or trap inspection.

Gorenje uses E11 for a water-overflow condition. If the appliance continues filling, close the water tap immediately and use qualified service.
The washing-machine rotor is blocked
Gorenje identifies E12.5 as a blocked rotor condition. With power isolated, check whether an object or trapped laundry is mechanically blocking the drum.
The Ultra clean programme detected laundry in the drum
Gorenje uses E13.3 when a load is detected during Ultra clean. Remove every item from the drum, reconnect once, and restart the empty programme.
The washing-machine door cannot lock correctly
