The incoming water is too hot
Samsung identifies 3E as a high-temperature water-supply error. Verify the hot-water supply is not above 176°F before requesting service.
The dishwasher is not receiving water at the required pressure or temperature
Samsung identifies 4C and 4E as water-supply errors. Check the supply shut-off, temperature, pressure, and visible hose path before service.
The dishwasher cannot drain
Samsung identifies 5C, SC, 5E, and SE as drain errors. Check the sink connection, hose routing, filter area, and frozen drain line before service.
The WaterWall reflector cannot move correctly
Samsung identifies 7E as a WaterWall reflector error. Remove obstructions, correct the reflector position, and reseat it only as the official guide shows.
The dishwasher has detected too little water
Samsung identifies 9E as a low-water-level error. Empty the dishwasher, add detergent, run one Normal cycle, and request service if it returns.
The dishwasher temperature is too high
